Timely Salary Disbursement: Salaries are disbursed via bank transfer on or before the 7th of each month, as per the agreed terms and conditions of employment, ensuring prompt payment to our employees.

Employee Compensation Policy: Non-ESIC employees are covered under an Employee Compensation Policy, offering additional benefits and protection in case of workplace injuries or accidents.
POSH Committee Implementation: We have a Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) committee to ensure a safe and respectful work environment for all employees, in compliance with legal mandates.
Registers Maintenance: We maintain registers as per applicable Acts, documenting essential employee information and ensuring transparency and accountability in our operations.
